Living and working across Asia over decade, having a background in organisational psychology gives Nadia a cultural fluency and a deep understanding of how people and teams function. That fluency goes both ways. International companies often struggle to get local operators to truly understand what they need, the brief gets lost, and what arrives is generic. Nadia thinks like the international client and understands the culture of the local market. Nothing gets lost in translation. Her background is in designing training workshops and team programmes for global organisations. The AI and technology work runs behind the scenes – what you'll notice is that proposals are clear and nothing gets lost between brief and delivery.
